Located in the Innovation Precinct in Wynyard Quarter, Auckland is the Mason Brothers Office by Jasmax, Warren and Mahoney and Hawkins Construction.
This large-scale renovation project converted a warehouse building into a multi-level commercial office, with open collaborative spaces.
The heritage of the former warehouse is represented in both the interior and exterior of the building. Adding another dimension to the industrial aesthetic, new and contemporary features have been woven into the design.
Smartfloor Natural Oak Feature engineered wood flooring by Forté has been laid on the upper level, wrapping around the main landing and through to the seating areas. The golden oak and lightly brushed planks add a natural element and character to the space.
From the exterior, modern glass and dark-clad structures have been incorporated into the classic brick façade, while throughout the office, a blend of modern and soft features meets brick and steel fixtures.
