WHAT IS SALVARE?
Salvare is a collection of products made using timbers salvaged from the historical region of Transylvania - one of Europe's wildest and most untouched areas. Rescued from old wooden houses, barns and fences, the collection offers a highly sustainable option for interiors.
Once carefully recovered from the old structures, the beams and boards are reworked into beautiful panelling and lamella products, retaining tremendous amounts of genuine history and character. The planks are ever-so-gently brushed and treated ensuring the original surface is not compromised and allowing the timber’s alluring narrative to be captured and preserved.
The finished products bring an unquestionable character and texture to interiors whilst introducing a spirit of history, innovation and creativity – sure to be a talking point in any interior. Salvare products are available in various thicknesses, colours and textures and are suitable for feature walls, ceilings and joinery.
