Pacifica Apartment
CBD, Auckland

With sweeping 180-degree views stretching from the harbour and Rangitoto through to the eastern horizon, the panorama became the central inspiration for the apartment’s interior palette. Soft, natural tones and rich textures were selected to echo the surrounding landscape, creating a seamless connection between indoors and out.
Having collaborated with the client on previous projects, the team understood their preference for refined, high-end finishes, and this is reflected in details like custom cabinetry, antique brass hardware and a built-in cafe-style bench seating in a deep blue pelle leather.

Perched high within The Pacifica building in Downtown Auckland, this apartment project by Studio at Space was designed to offer a crisp and timeless sense of glamour and luxury.

In the expansive open-plan kitchen and living space, Forté’s Indus flooring in a classic herringbone pattern adds both visual rhythm and a sense of craftsmanship. The minky grey tones of the timber ground the airy space, while the intricate laying pattern elevates the design with a tailored, bespoke feel.
Luxurious finishes, layered textures and considered detailing create a home that feels both sophisticated and inviting — a private sanctuary in the sky that celebrates its breathtaking views at every turn.
