Carlo Piesse

Commercial Business Development

Carlo, director and valued member of the Forté family, brings a wealth of expertise with 15 years of experience in the timber flooring industry. Throughout his career, he has gained extensive knowledge in various technical areas across the business. This has enabled him to grasp the specifications and technical intricacies of our engineered wood flooring, panelling collections, and Millboard decking range.

His leadership role within the NPD team has provided him with practical, hands-on experience in developing new collections and supervising the overseas manufacturing process. Additionally, he has actively contributed to the design of innovative products, while also making trips to multiple overseas manufacturers to ensure processes are followed and that we’re providing premium quality products to the market.

Carlo is also responsible for nurturing and managing new client relationships in the commercial space.

Felix Piesse

Commercial Specification Consultant

Now based at our Auckland Showroom and Experience Centre, Felix has several years of experience in the timber flooring industry. He possesses a deep understanding of our products, the specification process, and the industry.

Known for his friendly and approachable demeanour, he excels at building rapport with clients to ensure a seamless experience and finding the right solution for their project. Whether you’re a current client or have collaborated with us in the past, Felix is the go-to person to address your needs and provide expert guidance on specifying Forté products.
